Malaysian Seramas may be tiny, but they are full of character. Known for their upright stance, confident personalities and wonderful variety of colours, they are a fascinating little bantam to hatch and keep.
Our breeding group consists of carefully selected, smooth-feathered birds chosen for health, type, temperament and colour variety.
Although the parent birds in this group appear smooth feathered, there is still a small possibility of hatching Silkied chicks. The Silkie gene is recessive and can therefore be carried without being visibly expressed in the parent birds.

There are no visibly Silkied birds within this breeding group. As the Silkie gene is recessive, Silkied offspring are possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Individual chick colour, markings and feather type will naturally vary.
We regularly monitor fertility within our own breeding groups and achieve good results. However, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed once eggs leave us, as postal handling, incubation conditions, temperature and other environmental factors are outside our control.

Limited quantities are available each week to ensure eggs are sent as fresh as possible. Orders are dispatched promptly, with eggs collected within the previous 24 hours wherever possible.
